FRANCHISE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

STEP 1 : Prepare a proposal containing the following documents:

• Letter of intent
• Sketch of  target location
• Picture of the target building (facade and interior)
• Filled-up application form below with 2″x 2″ photo and supporting business papers to prove financial capability

STEP 2 : Fill up and e-mail the required documents to our Franchising Team:

STEP 4 : Pre-contract signing
• Reserve target location by payment of franchise deposit (10% of full franchise fee)
• Review copy of franchise agreement
• Initial ocular inspection of target location

STEP 5 : Contract signing

• Signing of franchise agreement
• Payment of remaining franchise fee
• Awarding of franchise right
• Introduction with franchise officers and staff
• Get copy of franchise operations and facilities manual
• Get copy of facilities and equipment specifications
• Get copy of list of requirements for DepEd/ TESDA / CHED
• Calendar of marketing activities

STEP 7 : Manpower
• Hiring of core personnel
• Training

STEP 8 : Permits, licenses and purchase of Supplies.
• Processing of SEC papers, business licenses and permits
• Purchase of CAPEX inventories
• Target date of soft opening/ grand opening

STEP 9 : Pre opening
• Deliveries of supplies and inventories
• Installation of signage, banners, streamers, etc.
• Completion of DepEd/ TESDA/ CHED application
