Franchise Fee:
Php 1.2M (NCR) 10-year contract period
Php 1.0M (Provincial) 10-year contract period
Merchandise Fund: Php 200,000 (consumables)
Space Requirement: At least 500 square meters (as per TESDA requirements)

ACLC College Franchise Investment Requirements

1. Capital Investment of Php 6-8 Million inclusive of the following:

Franchise Fee:
Php 2.2 M (NCR) – 10 years contract period
Php 1.9 M (Provincial) – 10 years contract period

Merchandise Fund:
Php 200,000 (Consumables)

It is required to have an area of atleast 500 square meters to meet the space requirement set forth by TESDA.
